Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go. If you'd like to delete your StillHere account and all associated data, here's how.

How to Request Account Deletion

Send an email to hello@joinstillhere.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your StillHere account.

We'll process your request and confirm deletion within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove the following data:

• Your account profile (name, email address)
• Your check-in history
• Your circle and all watcher connections
• Your push notification tokens
• Any active invite codes you've created
• Incident and notification history

What Happens to Your Watchers

If you're an owner, your watchers will be removed from your circle and will no longer receive check-in alerts from you. They'll still be able to use StillHere for any other circles they belong to.

If you're a watcher, you'll be removed from any circles you're part of. The owners of those circles will be notified that you've left.

Subscriptions

Deleting your StillHere account does not automatically cancel your subscription. Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. To avoid being charged, please cancel your subscription in your device's app store settings before requesting account deletion.

• iPhone/iPad: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → StillHere → Cancel Subscription
• Android: Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → StillHere → Cancel Subscription
